Cockatoos are extremely special birds that require a lot of care.  I have found Mytoos.com to be an extremely invaluable site for information.  MyToos does come with an agenda - that only a small select few are truly capable of looking after the Cockatoo.  The message is quite strong and I have noticed from visiting other sites that some find MyToos quite offensive.  I personally don't.  I understand and respect their agenda and think it is a great educational site.
